By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing a Wager on km77a, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account access with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify the km77a support team immediately at [email protected].
KYC Verification: km77a applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
km77a will not process withdrawals from an Account that has not passed the applicable level of KYC verification. KYC documentation is reviewed within one to three business days. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal request triggers the requirement.
All deposits into a km77a Account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are accepted:
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes, depending on the payment channel. km77a does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
All funds deposited into a km77a Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including transfers from accounts held by family members or other individuals — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and a mandatory refund to the source account.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name and previously linked to your km77a Account. km77a does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
km77a reserves the right to conduct an enhanced review of withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are made within 24 hours of a large deposit without corresponding wagering activity, or trigger internal risk or AML flags. During such reviews, which will be completed within 48 hours, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. Players will be notified by email if their request is under review.
Funds deposited but not wagered may be withdrawn subject to a processing fee of up to 5% of the unwagered amount, to cover payment-gateway costs. This fee does not apply to funds that have been wagered at least once.
km77a offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause and to any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bonuses and togel rebate promotions are subject to the same general conditions unless their promotion pages specify alternative terms. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from km77a without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km77a excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms limits km77a's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
km77a's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
km77a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and — where we hold a valid email address for you — by sending a notification to your registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request withdrawal of your remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km77a is incorporated, as disclosed in our corporate registration documents. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Indonesia.
Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a Wager outcome, a payment, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you must first contact km77a's support team and allow us 14 days to investigate and respond. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within that period, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution channel described in our FAQ.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
